I'm Nazir Dogan, founder of Traq Collective, an AI enablement firm. My day job is building and running real AI automations inside real companies: the unglamorous systems that handle leads, replies, data, and operations so the business does not depend on someone remembering to do them.
Then I automated my own operation
I do not just advise on this. I run a business on autonomous systems day to day, so I know what holds up in production and what quietly breaks. Everything I teach is something I actually use.
